Privacy Notice

How Quezon City Land Surveyor handles the information you send us. Last updated 17 October 2026.

What we collect

When you send a request we collect your name, your mobile number, your lot location, the service you need and any note you add. If you later send documents such as a photo of your title, we keep those too. Titles and IDs can contain other people's personal details, so please send only what we ask for.

Why we collect it

To reply to your request, give you a quote, arrange the survey and, if you go ahead, pass the job to the licensed geodetic engineer who carries it out. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Our staff who handle requests, the licensed geodetic engineer or survey firm we refer your job to, and the services that run this website: Formspree, which delivers form requests to us by email, and Cloudflare, which hosts the site. Some of these services may store data outside the Philippines.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to answer your request and, if you hire us, to complete the survey and keep the records the law requires. If a request did not go ahead, you can ask us to delete it.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

Your choices

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and object to how we use it. Send a message through the request form on our Contact page and start it with "Privacy request". You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.

Changes to this notice

We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
